Be SMART is a national campaign whose success has relied on parents, caretakers, and community leaders sharing the message that secure gun storage helps to protect American youth from unnecessary tragedy. Thanks to hard work, Be SMART advocates have reached millions of families by partnering with local schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and community programs, sharing the Be SMART message online, and distributing Be SMART materials at local or national events. Parents, caretakers, and community leaders understand that teens and young children deserve to feel safe, no matter where they are. That’s why Be SMART volunteers have worked to share the Be SMART message at every level
Bring Be SMART materials to your community
Distribute materials at your local school board conference, or host a Be SMART table at any major concert or event.
